Wide range of dancer and accumulators for most applications

Windak has a wide range of dancer and accumulators for most applications. If required we can also modify one of our standard accumulators to fit your specific needs. The accumulators are either vertical or horizontal design, mostly with tension controlled by servo motor.

Dancer /Speed Control

Applications: These are used for tension and speed control in rewinding lines. Easy to string up and easy to use make them the ideal solution for many rewinding applications.

High Speed Accumulators

Applications: Extrusion lines for fiber optic cable, CAT5 cable, Coaxial cable and for high speed spooling applications. Tension is controlled accurately by servo motor with optional load cell feedback for constant tension.

Cable Accumulators

Applications: Heavy duty accumulators for larger cables requiring higher tension. All models are driven by motor, setting of tension by potentiometer or from extrusion line interface signal.
