Customer service is important to us!
At Windak we know that our relationship with you as a customer will
last for many years to come.
Our commitment does not end with the sale of a machine or the
carefully planned installation and training. We are always available
on the phone and ready to assist you with everything from trouble
shooting to process support and supplying you with quality
controlled spare parts.
We have service engineers stationed ready to service and
maintenance, but also includes process optimization and
productivity, with enhanced support at, for example, peak seasons.
Our skilled personnel in our office are also well prepared to assist
you regarding different service issues such as spare parts and
warranty.
We always carry out our work together with the customer and
understand the value of training and knowledge sharing.
Product Warranty:
• Windak warrants all non wear mechanical and electrical components
for a period of 12 months after date of delivery.
• Labor costs are included for warranty repair.
• Travel is billed at cost.
• Air and electrical requirements must be met and maintained for the
warranty to be valid.
